DREAM is an health app with a difference. In addition to a comprehensive health journal to keep track of your food intake, exercise routine, water intake, and more, DREAM also connects you with a team of health coaches who provide professional feedback, advice, and insights on your health goals via asynchronous chat right in the app.
Your team of health coaches are led by adventist health care institutions to help you achieve your healthiest and best self.
The app also includes specially curated educational modules and motivational challenges to empower you to upgrade your health.
Whether your goal is to manage a chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or hypertension, receive psychological support for cancer, improve your mental health and wellness, or boost your performance at work, DREAM is the coach in your pocket you can trust.
