Developed by elite performance coaches John Pryor, Leigh Egger and Jan Müller, the SPP gives clients access to specialised functional training to develop greater speed, agility and movement efficiency. The content is heavily influenced by leaders in the field of athletic development such as Frans Bosch, Vern Gambetta and many others.
In essence, the content marries strength and coordination for the purpose of better movement.
