FairMoney Busines prev. PayForce by FairMoney is a merchant banking platform that aims to provide financial services to the underbanked and unbanked in Nigeria through a network of independent agents. Some of our agents earn more than two hundred thousand naira per month.

Unable to take a selfie
I downloaded the app, i already put in all my details, now to take a selfie as part of the verification process, it is not going through. my room is well lit up, but i even stepped outside and stood against a wall to take the selfie, but nothing happened. The circle was just red all through. I had nothing covering my face, no eye glasses nor mask, yet i am unable to take the selfie, for whatever reason.

After the correct wallet/agent ID has been inputed and the corresponding wallet/agent name has been displayed, the app refuses to process the transaction with a prompt that the wallet/agent ID is too long.
