With DataMesh Inspector, users leverage Mixed Reality (MR) to overlay BIM models and device data onto real-world environments, enabling on-site personnel to perform efficient fault diagnosis, asset inspection, and operations and maintenance management. Diagnosis Inspector supports mixed reality–based diagnostics by overlaying 3D device models and concealed infrastructure, such as pipelines and embedded facilities, into the physical environment. By controlling component visibility, users can visually inspect hidden assets inside walls and quickly identify root causes of issues. Collaboration Inspector enables visual annotations and team collaboration in MR scenarios. On-site users can apply custom color coding to indicate device status and add text or image annotations, supporting intuitive site management, knowledge retention, and real-time information sharing across teams. Retrieval Inspector provides mobile asset lookup capabilities, including device lists and global search. Field personnel can quickly locate target assets and access essential device information on-site, ensuring fast and convenient asset identification. Analysis Through asset relationship views, Inspector clearly visualizes dependencies between devices, helping assess operational impact and ensuring the safety and continuity of critical assets. Users can also review historical operational data and trend curves directly on-site to support accurate maintenance evaluation. Response Inspector delivers closed-loop incident response with real-time alert lists and detailed views, ensuring high-priority alerts are addressed promptly. Historical alert records are available for review, providing reliable data support for on-site repair and decision-making.
