Would be nice if it displayed what machines were out of order. Often availability is listed but the machines are actually inoperable.

The software does not even work, I cannot sign in because it gives me an unknown error every time. The help button doesn’t work when you press it. There is no support team (support email was never answered and support calls were never answered).

Timers are useful but can send you to the washroom up to 8 min too soon, even if the app says your load is ready

The timing is never accurate and this thang barely works bro. When it lists what machines are in use and which aren’t it’s completely wrong every time.

The main issue is the app telling me the washer is done, but when I get down to the laundry room, there are still several minutes left

There is zero reason to have this app over a card scanner. Its just a scam so the uni can charge $25 as a laundry fee for $5 worth of laundry. Still the app doesn't even work properly. The timer for the washer works 25% of the time or it finishes instantly or just never even starts. Im pretty sure theres supposed to be a timer for the dryer but I still have yet to get one after a year of laundry so yeah nice app.

Is buggy, tech problems could be fixed

This app is so unnecessary and annoying to use, it has connection errors and problems here and there. Really annoying, I don’t know why school force us to use this app. Very disappointed. Want to move out of dorm because of this app.

Looking at the star rating of the other app not campus-related, I’d say that this a pretty good app in theory. Simple interface, easy to connect, and I’ve had no trouble with washers. However, when I connect to my school’s dryers, it doesn’t always fully register so I’ve got a load “going” but the dryer isn’t working. I also blame the University of Washington for telling us to use this halfway through the quarter after already paying a laundry fee because non-students were washing their clothes(how detrimental /sarcasm).

It is supposed to be 60 minutes but it gives 46 min on the dryers

Thank you so much University of Washington for forcing us to use this sorry excuse for software. This app adds an unnecessary middle man to the otherwise straightforward task of doing laundry, which is exactly the kind of challenge a busy student such as myself needs. This experience has been an excellent motivator for me, and I have already started planning my move off-campus next summer!

It’s always a hassle to wash my clothes. There is always connection error popping up and when I think it has found the machine it sometimes doesn’t start washing.

The app doesn’t provide anything useful in my dorm situation. The timer in the app does not correspond with the washing machine, there’s very little indication of how to use the app, and starting one dryer seemed to add time to the one below it as well.

The app does not connect to the machine you are using, the concept is predatory as you have no alternative to use the machine other than a poor app. I see no option either to add time that I could do before this app.

This app has very bad interface. It took me and my friends long time to learn how to use it. I don’t know why my school sticks to this app. Check the developers response below, the developer even just copy and paste the response to everyone. This is really pointless.

Requires smartphone and wifi. Many don’t have this as an option. This company forces you to only use this app when using coins credit or debit is so much easier. I have friends who now are forced to wash laundry in sinks and buckets since they don’t have access and can’t afford wifi Even for those that can work the app, there are Bluetooth issues and money transfer issues. Very frustrating. I can only recommend to organize and fight the app. Idk if it’s a contract thing, but don’t let it happen at all costs- go to the top of your food chain, petition, do anything. Don’t use it if possible

Made over two payments because I assumed the first one wasn’t working. I waited 15 minutes for bother and still nothing in the app so I’ve been left with wet laundry in the dryer for a good 30 minutes now This app is garbage

This app requires you preload money into it. I have to give a month’s worth of laundry to the school at a time to use this app. So many extra steps for the schools to keep the small amounts left in our accounts at the end of the year. Just allow us to use our cards you ghouls.

I used to do laundry with a credit card and it was so easy. Now I have to use this ridiculous service that has only complicated everything and made it impossible for me to do laundry because they don’t connect well to my school account

I have never written a review for an app but I have never been so enraged. This is the worst app of all time and I do not understand why school is overcomplicating washing our clothes. You're telling me I had to buy $25 school credits to wash ONE LOAD OF CLOTHES. All of the students here are already broke. Anyways I bought the school credits and they didn't load on the app until like half an hour later. I could have spend that half hour doing homework or something but no I was just trying to figure out this stupid app when time is of essence like bruh. Why can't we just pay with quarters? Like
