At How To Trail Run TR Trail Running Group, we teach how to take the right steps in trail running, how to gain physical and mental strength while running in nature, how to have a solution-oriented approach while in nature, and how to rest the soul while getting away from city stress. But more importantly, we have a lot of fun while running together.
Runners of all levels can participate in our training, you do not need to register.
With the How To Trail Run TR app, you can access training and event announcements and trail information that we organize as How To Trail Run TR Trail Running Group.
