Charging Schedule Lost
I’m at a bit of a loss with the software side of the charging schedule. Schedule is present and works for days/weeks and then suddenly gets lost. It therefore charges instantly upon plugging in and then the only way to stop charging is physically by unlocking the car.

The software is very outdated for a 2024 car , when you can get a lot more for your money with a Mercedes , KIA , BYD and on and on. They are better mechanically and much improved software versions. The developer can check their competitors for how much more extras comes as standard for that age car , more choices and options in the car assistance software, door lights , dashboard screen style changes, and so on and on.

The information provided is the bare minimum expected in the age of BEVs. Had this app now on and off!!! More off than on to be fair, would really love it to work everyday but sadly it just keeps glitching out, service history with wrong info, missing and now the trip info stopped working, contacted the help line and tried there fixes and still no good. This app really doesn’t match the quality of my Lexus (UX300e). It’s usefull to be able to see the range/battery percentage and to be able to remotely start the climate controls but that’s where it ends. The app layout is confusing and some buttons aren’t obvious (such as to get to battery percentage and climate controls). The features between models/regions/production years is inconsistent; some users seems to be able to remotely unlock their cars, or have access to a digital key where was other users have barely any remote features in the app despite having the exact same model. Why is the login screen in two parts? Most people use a password app these days and to have the login screen on two pages is ridiculous and time consuming having to authenticate the details twice.
