With this release, the login method for the Lightspeed eCom (E-Series) mobile app is changing. To log in, use your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) store name, email, and password. If you don’t have a Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) account, download the Ecwid by Lightspeed app and log in with your Lightspeed eCom credentials to continue managing your store on mobile. Your account and data remain safe.
