Make the most of your Greenfields workout with the companion app! The Greenfields App is designed to help you get your best workout ever at Greenfields gyms! Greenfields Outdoor Fitness gyms are found all over the U.S., and with the companion app, you’ll have everything you need to work toward your fitness goals. Use the Explore tab to locate gyms close to you and see what equipment you’ll find at each one. Greenfields offers so many ways to get fit, and our gyms are specially designed for each location, so you can easily find the one that best fits for the type of workout you’re looking for. The Workout tab allows you to see what muscles each unit works, provides instructions for the machines, and allows you to create custom fitness routines from the equipment at your location. Enter the reps and sets you want to complete on each unit, and then get started getting fitter and healthier! Keep track of your headway toward your goals with the Progress tab. Chart your progress and watch yourself improve over time! The Scan tab allows you to watch instructional videos for each unit. Each video will help you make sure you perform the exercises properly and show you ways to make the exercises harder or easier depending on your needs.
