Timegate+ This is a mobile application compatible with the web application Timegate+ or Timegate (cloud-hosted). Timegate+ is the leading Global Workforce Management solution for field service workers. The Timegate+ mobile app has all the functionality needed to efficiently manage your workload from a mobile device. ● Start and stop shifts ● Ensure employee safety ● Raise incidents or escalations ● Conduct service responsibilities such as tasks and tours The app also provides access to your employee portal, which allows you to book time off, view your schedule, look for new shifts, make requests, raise queries, view company announcements and more. * *Subject to the security policies of your employer, not all features may be available to you. Install Guide: Timegate+ requires mobile systems iOS 11.0 or newer 1. Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update. 2. Install or reinstall Timegate+ from the store. 3. Once installed, ensure the Timegate+ app is allowed to access your device's location services. 4. Enter your username and password. If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team. Timegate+ uses GPS capabilities through an optional heartbeat monitoring feature that managers can enable to track employee locations in real-time during field shifts to ensure that if an emergency occurs or an SOS call is raised as manager has the employees last known location and can relay that information to the appropriate authorities in law-enforcement for the safety of the employee. When an employee books off of a shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
