Description
To access this app, you must be enrolled in the Current Health program by your healthcare provider.
Once you are enrolled with Current Health, you will receive a one-time password via text and then have the ability to create a unique PIN or log in using your FaceID or TouchID.
WHO IS CURRENT HEALTH?
Current Health enables your healthcare provider to monitor your vital sign trends and build a deeper understanding of your health at home. This application helps you get set up on the Current Health platform and stay in touch with your care team.
WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS APPLICATION?
- View step-by-step instructions for setting up your Current Health kit
- View a daily task list personalized for you by your healthcare provider
- Get reminders when it's time to submit readings or complete a survey
- Submit vital sign readings using the provided monitoring devices
- Share information such as daily symptoms or activities with your healthcare provider
- Send messages to your healthcare provider
- Join video calls with your healthcare provider
- Access 24/7 support from the Current Health team
