Description
The SeeClickFix Elk Grove app makes reporting a non-emergency problem easier than ever. This free app is a great way for residents of Elk Grove to report issues in the community as soon as they are discovered. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to report a problem. It allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request and gives you the ability to track the issue from the time reported through resolution. The app can be used for a variety of requests such as street maintenance, streetlight requests, damaged trees, abandoned cars, code enforcement issues and more. The City of Elk Grove appreciates your feedback, and use of this software will allow us to improve and beautify our community.
