羅東聖母醫院提供民眾方便及時的掛號服務功能。
服務項目如下：
1. 預約掛號：提供預約掛號功能，可依科別或醫師進行掛號，並會提示該診是否已經額滿。
2. 掛號查詢與取消掛號：提供預約掛號查詢與取消掛號功能。
3. 看診號查詢：提供所有診間目前看診號與已看未看之詳細候診資訊。
