What’s New Version 2.0.1
Correction for using the application in offline mode.
Description
With VetorDex, the morphological identification of sand flies (Diptera: Phlebotominae), Triatomines (Hemiptera: Reduviidae) and ectoparasites (Insecta: Phthiraptera; Hemiptera; Siphonaptera and Arachnida: Ixodida) has become easier. This application deviates from traditional dichotomies and presents up to eight answer options to a question. There are images that help in observing structures for all stages. In each question, the number of possible species is presented. At any time, you can access the answered questions and correct the steps if necessary. In the list of possible species, information about the descriptors, geographic distribution and medical importance of the species can be accessed.
