Bug fixes: 1- Sales review screen not working: Not able to create sales order

Sales & Order Control Minimum and Maximum Amount Control for Sales and Returns: Adds configurable minimum and maximum amount fields for sales, returns, and combined transactions, ensuring accurate enforcement of limits and improving control over order and return operations. while ensuring consistent validation across the system. Immediate Invoice Tolerance Amount Limit: Allows the customers to perform an immediate order when the total value of the customer's Immediate Invoices does not exceed the defined tolerance amount. Nearest Expiry Return Policy: Introduces an new policy that prioritizes return lots or serial based on the nearest expiry date. Purchase Order (PO) Number Activation & Visibility Control: Enable control over Purchase Order (PO) usage across the sales flow by activating its visibility in quotations, sales operations, and invoices, ensuring better tracking and consistency in order management.

Features - Credit Limit Currency: The back-end user is now able to set the credit limit currency at customer level in any active currency. This feature is a must in countries where multiple currencies are used, and the credit limit needs to be set as fixed value disregarding the changes of currency rate. - Display Currency: A new currency has been added at company level, it purpose is to create the ability to visualize the invoice amount in that currency, for example, the company currency was set to C1 but the users must view and visualize the invoices amount in C2, in that case we will set the display currency to C2. The mobile user will be able to view the due\overdue invoices in company and display currencies by pressing on the due amount in route screen. - Force Full Deposit Money Deposit Operation: Upon performing a money deposit operation from mobile, the system will force the user to fully deposit his money. - Bypass Bill To Bill Feature By Validation: The mobile user is now able to unselects one or all previous unpaid invoices in reconciliation screen in case allowed while the bill to bill feature is activated. - Auto Temporary Payment With Tax Split: The auto temporary payment feature currently works with tax split where the system will create either 1 or 2 payments, automatically when navigating from sales to reconciliation screen: 1 Payment: In case tax payment is not forced by company currency. 2 Payments: In case tax payment is forced by company currency. - Display Point Edit: We have removed the display point template and activated the editing mode, and the new changes will get updated on mobile device upon pull to refresh.

Features: - Tax Amount Reconciliation: We have added the ability to reconcile the tax part of an invoice where multiples rates is used for the same currency either forced by company currency or any active currencies. - Sales Hierarchy: From one screen in ISELL360, the sales hierarchy can be defined, from salespersons to team leaders and sales managers..., the sales teams will be automatically constructed and the data security will be applied accordingly based on the setup. - National Discount: ISELL360 introduce a new type of promotion, that can be granted to customers, it can be a general discount for all customers and products, or for specific customers and products, applied upon performing sales only, return only or both. - Self Sales: If allowed the front-end user will have the ability to sell anyone anytime anywhere without the need to be an existing customer on the system. - Promotion Service Item Segregation: Upon promotion definition, the back-end user is now able to choose between generating a service item as discount negative line or apply the discount percentage / price cut directly for the related products upon applying the promotion. By using the second method, the tax amount will be properly calculated and such discount can be returned when performing a return from history operation. - Money Deposit Draft Template: ISELL360 mobile app user can now print a draft printout when performing a money deposit operation. - Invoice\Credit Note On Customer Direct Salesperson: The Invoice or Credit note generated from direct sales or direct return operation performed by the delivery user, can now assigned to customer related salesperson instead of the creator of the operation. - TOTP Validation Push Notification: From back-end the team leader upon generating the TOTP code, the system will send a push notification to the corresponding user and grant the approval automatically on ISELL360 mobile app.

- Allow the user to deposit money to cashier even if his day has ended

Features: -Sales Info: We have provided the front-end user the ability to view for each order the related salesperson, delivery user, delivery date, status and other info's. -Business To Business: The end customer can now order his products, view his status and info and take a survey directly from his mobile device. -Customer Template Total Overdue: We have added a total overdue chart for all related companies in a customer template. -Head Office, Branches Transactions Reconciliation: We have provided the ability to reconcile transactions related to branches directly from their head office. -Auto Start Trip: To expedite the front-end user daily process, we have added a feature that will make the system to start the trip automatically when he start his day. -Quotation Cancellation: We have provided the front-end user the ability to cancel his quotation from his device, provided that quotation was still in a state able of cancellation. -Trip Name In Load Request: We have displayed the trip name instead of the green truck icon set in stock operation for each load request related to delivery trip. -Sales Operation Delivery History: The system will keep history for each sales operation that has been postponed or cancelled during the delivery flow. Also for each sales operation we can track it status in all related assigned trips. In addition to bug fixes and performance enhancements

New Features: - Opportunity New Fields: We have added the following new fields in new opportunity so the front-end user will be able to fill them: Contact Person - Contact Person Mobile Number - Credit Type - Credit Limit - Payment Terms. - End Trip Validation: We have added validation on end trip so the front-end user will not be able to end his trip unless validated by the required user. - Auto-Unload Default Value (Yes or No): The default value of auto unload feature is now managed from related operation type. - Allowed Currencies Based On Customer Pricelists: The system will filter the allowed currencies upon Debit Note, Credit Note and Payment creation Based on default and optional cusotmer pricelists. - Money On Hand Validation By Cashier Users Only: The system will only allow the money on hand validation that trigger while starting\ending journey, starting\ending trip in case the front-end user exceed the allowed limits, by the cashiers that share the same state as the front-end user. - Front-End Printing Enhancement + PDF Share: The Printing in Isell360 was never been easier, now upon printing a document, the system will open in preview mode with default printing language, and the user can change it or share it with the customer. - Total Product quantity by UOM: In order to facilitate the user product count we include the total product quantity in Sales and Delivery screens. - Payment Note: Isell360 user is now able to enter a text note upon creating a payment either from back-end or front-end. - Bug fixes and performance enhancements.
