The warm weather seems set to stay, and this release is hot off the press. In it, we've introduced the ability to request time off in lieu (TOIL) from the 'My Leave' tab. You can also now view all active and past TOIL records, including both TOIL accrued from exception reports or for other reasons.

Grade filter, workers can now choose the shift grade they want to see
Show activity names toggle, workers can view what activities are assigned to the shift. If there are no activities assigned they will see the the time of the shift by default.

You are now able to view and select 'like for like' filled shifts directly in the mobile app. Spot a shift that better suits your schedule? Simply propose a swap to your colleague in a few clicks. If they accept, your rota coordinator will then be notified for final approval — making shift swaps faster and easier than ever before. Let us know how we're doing by emailing help@patchwork.health.

You are now able to see potential "like for like" shifts in the mobile app. For now you still need to organise all swaps with the rota coordinator outside of the Patchwork system using your usual processes. Further iterations will allow you to propose swaps directly using the app.
