There was an error that sometimes the banner did not disappear after watching a video ad. I solved that problem.
After viewing a video ad once, the banner is invisible for 24 hours. Repeated viewing of video ads adds time when the banner is not visible.
For example, if you view a video ad once and immediately view it again, the banner will be invisible for 48 hours.
