Under“Eyes on Haemo” - A Self-Management Multi-modal Care Program funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the mobile application “Eyes on Haemo”, developed by Hong Kong Haemophilia Society and The Chinese University of Hong Kong is now being launched! This mobile app is tailor-made for patients with haemophilia and their carers, which enables them to easily and quickly record, review and share their bleeding and injection events at anytime and anywhere.
