This update improves app startup stability, enhances Restock QR code workflows, and resolves image loading issues with the AVLive integration.

General Bug fixes and enhancements.

For Vision Smart Stores, stockers can now scan the in-app QR code with a Pico’s scanner to instantly open its device page in the 365Ops app, eliminating the need to search manually. From there, drivers can view the planogram, start Service Mode to unlock the cooler for restocking, and review Service Image History, with access limited to permitted organizations and locations. This release also includes general bug fixes and performance improvements.

We added a new Check Connection button on the Device Info page so operators can instantly verify whether a device is online. This update also includes fixes for crashes related to adding Beacons, resolves unexpected logouts after inactivity, and includes general bug fixes to improve overall app performance.

Bug fix for permissions check.

We’ve improved the 365Ops Connectivity History so it now aligns with ADM by displaying data in the location’s time zone. This update also includes fixes for the planogram’s Done Editing button and an issue that caused errors during logout. Users should now experience smoother navigation and more accurate reporting.

Drivers can now view and update CV-product planograms during restocking. Edits sync automatically with Stockwell to keep inventory accurate and up to date.

This update includes improved translations throughout the app, fixes for user role permissions, and a correction to image display issues. To get the latest version, simply enable automatic updates or find the update in your app store.

Planograms are now available in the Ops app, helping drivers stock more efficiently and accurately. Additionally, a Zendesk-powered chatbot has been integrated into the 365Ops app to provide real-time support for operators as they work. This release also includes general bug and UI fixes.

The latest 365Ops update features improved Service Image UI for a clearer experience and a fix for the Service Mode timer, which now keeps counting down even when the app is closed

- Permission management has been updated to ensure all users have access to the necessary features of the app. - We have fixed a bug that was making it necessary for some users to re-install the app to view their associated Location data.

Update to display high-level Product information within the app. View product details and associated Locations where the product is available. Update to allow users to take and associate images to individual Products. General bug fixes for performance and reliability.

-The display of sales data within the app is now a configurable setting at the Org level within ADM. -When users log back into the app, they will now be brought to the home page, instead of the Setting menu. -A bug has been fixed that was preventing disabled user accounts from being fully logged out of the app.

-Operator vending functionality has been migrated from the 365Pay app to the 365Ops app. This will provide Operators with a more consolidated place to manage the Machines, and will reduce the need for multiple apps. -General Bug Fixes

• Improved security measures added to automatically logout users once their accounts become disabled, preventing them from access prior to the disabling.

SOS-29654 - 365Ops now provides even more data with a new dashboard across the top of the Org screen that displays Today's revenue, transactions, and avg. transaction as well as a list of the Org's locations SOS-29666 - There is a new Details section on the Location screen that will display the following for the location: Daily Revenue, Daily Trans., Active App Users, Last Sale, % Filled, Cash on Hand, and Last Inventoried.

Connectivity graph was only displaying data when on the “Days” option on the Device Details screen and no data when toggled to the ‘Hours’ option. Fix was deployed to show the chart with color of current kiosk status, if no other connection activity We have updated the Full Sync functionality to enable V5 kiosks to do a Full Sync without rebooting. We also changed the list of Orgs to show the org's name as 'Name' instead of as 'Display Name'

The 365Ops app has been enhanced to provide operators the ability to get specific data points and connectivity information about their locations and devices in addition to the ability to self-provision Beacons as devices A new Home tab where the operator can see the organizations they are linked to and the ability to see all locations under that Org Selecting a location will allow the Operator to see all devices, sortable by alert priority, along with device connectivity status that indicates the number of devices online, offline, or in local mode Selecting a device will display the following Last Full Sync, Serial Number, and Deploy Date of the selected device Device date and timestamp will be displayed for Last Credit Card, Last Account Purchase, and Last Cash Purchase The Operator can now do a full sync and reboot from the device details screen New connectivity chart that can be filtered by hours or days with colored segments to indicate connectivity status timeframes
