Thank you for visiting Themis Black Box app. * It is *** STRONGLY RECOMMENDED *** to use with a COOLER for smartphones for the following reasons. - Due to the nature of the app that processes the video in real time, the device will overheat quickly. - Smartphones will be installed and used in harsh environments such as car dashboards. In addition, to reduce the effect of car vibration, it is recommended to use a cradle that adsorbs to the windshield. * Features of Themis - Supports 4K, 1080p, 720p recording resolutions and various FPS. - Supports UltraWide, Wide, Tele cameras. - Supports HDR (High Dynamic Range) recording. - Supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). - Provides clear recorded video frames even when driving in tunnels or at night. *** The autofocus function of the smartphone may malfunction intermittently on a road or place that is too dark. - Built-in speedometer. - Built-in level to help horizontally align the camera. - Various information such as date, time, speed and address are added as a watermark at the top of the recorded video. - Supports search for location where video recording started by linking with Apple Maps and Google Maps. (However, if the region is set to Korea or the language is set to Korean, KakaoMap and NAVER Map are also supported.) - Easily switch camera direction to inside or outside the car with a long tap on the screen. - Supports starting and stopping recording using volume buttons or Bluetooth shutter. - Supports a red mark on the recorded video and the file in the Recorded File Browser screen by double-tapping the screen during video recording so that users can easily find the event they want to remember. - Supports displaying a yellow mark on the recorded file the user wants on the Recorded File Browser screen. - Supports user-marked recorded files protection function. - Supports various screensaver modes. - Various device protection functions. - Supports AirDrop file transfer. - Supports transferring multiple files using data cable and Finder on Mac or iTunes on PC. - Supports Worldwide address. - Supports easy call function. *** However, calls using speakers are currently not supported, and recording is stopped during calls. Important recorded files marked by the user can be set to not be automatically deleted. 1. The “Protect marked files” option has been added to the App Settings screen. If you enable this option, marked recorded files will not be deleted automatically and must be deleted directly or by selecting them on the Recorded File Browser screen. 2. In the Recorded File Browser screen, you can add or remove marks to the recorded files you want. Swipe left on a recorded file and you will see “Mark” or “Unmark” buttons on the right. (If you have enabled the “Protect marked files” option in the App Settings screen, they will be displayed as “Protect” or “Unprotect”) Marks added by the user are displayed in yellow by default, but marks for recorded files where the user added an event by double-tapping the screen during video recording are displayed in orange.
