EverythingAtWork is the companion app that provides mobile access to ALGAR Information Systems, Inc’s Human Resource Management System. Connect with your company’s employee portal and stay up to date with your employee account status. With an intuitive user interface, employees and management can use the basic functions of the program straight from their phones. Take action immediately as user requests, approvals and balances reflect in real-time. Monitor your balances on the dashboard - Employees can view their sick leave balance, vacation leave balance, overtime hours, total absences, and instances of tardiness on their personal dashboard. - Balances reflect in real time. Filing requests has never been easier. - The My Request module allows users to view all of their submitted requests whether they are cancelled, pending, disapproved, or approved. - Users can submit requests such as filing for leave, filing for overtime, requesting a change in schedule, or requesting for a loan or an official document. - Assigned user accounts can approve submitted requests. View your personal profile. - Track your daily shifts, breaks and approved changes through the My Schedule module. - Users can view their registered personal information and employee details on their My Profile pages. Timekeeping on mobile - Track your time logs, and active attendance logs. - Time in and out using the clock work function. Note: In order to use the app, your organization or company must be authorized to access the main EverythingAtWork system. Approval of requests are enabled based on the role of the account being used. Not all EverythingAtWork system features are available on mobile.
