RUBY is designed to help you understand at a deeper level, connect the dots and make meaning, at the intersection of work and life. RUBY facilitates having greater awareness and understanding of becoming you, removing unwanted behaviours, and creating day-to-day habits and rituals which unlock the potential to learn, earn and live life. Research suggests that this contributes to a more positive sense of wellbeing, self-identity and fulfilment. Free your data, journal your day-to-day moments and create your pathway. RUBY’s Features/Functionality Pathway of Life - Connect the dots with this innovative visual pathway from birth to 90 showing your past lived experiences, your present with the ability to shape your future pathway. RUBY Reflect – 75 seconds of Box breathing to calm the mind. Be present, focus and feel more grounded. Track your emotions over time and see your mood trends on your Pathway of Life. Create a Moment – Tell RUBY how you feel in the present or look back at a moment in the past by selecting your emotions from RUBY’S Emotions Tracker and why you feel this way. Be your own Inner Coach by reflecting on your Moment at a deeper level and what you learned from your reflection. Intention Setting - Our intentions express our purpose and give us meaning through our actions which can move us closer to what we want and away from what we don’t want. Set an Intention from the Pathway of Life or the Moments screen and add a reminder with the frequency you would like to be reminded about your Intention i.e. daily/monthly. Chart your progress by adding notes about how you’re moving closer to attaining your Intention. When you have attained your Intention, share with RUBY how you fared. Did you do your best or could you have done more? SeeMe – Is designed to help you understand yourself better and to understand all aspects of your intersecting areas of identity enabling you to find that all important work/life balance and keep you working well. You are asked a series of questions, unearthing key demographic data points, work-life priorities and engagement levels, which is presented back to you in your self-defined SeeMe profile. Being able to see your intersecting identities and how they interact enables you to join the dots and make meaning of who you are, here and now, in your current context and how your lived experiences have shaped who you are today. You can see the SeeMe Community on an anonymised basis showing other profiles who match some of your intersecting identities.
