Through our brand-new mobile app, dispatchers can choose the freight they want in order to keep their business running strong. They can have access to thousands of Truckload and Expedite shipments across North America. Not only are users able to easily search and bid on our available shipments, but through setting lane preferences for routes they frequent and posting empty equipment, the app will proactively find and bring attention to shipments that match their desired capacity! Let ArcBest be your trusted, creative problem solver that's easy to do business with. Through our app, you can: · View your preferred shipments that are based upon your lane preferences and available equipment postings. These can easily be added, edited, or removed on our app. Let the app do the work and we will notify you when shipments match your capacity! · Create lane preferences for lanes your drivers frequent or like to run. When you create a preference, you can easily see shipments ArcBest has available which match to your preferences. Lane preferences can be customized to include specific accessorials, days of the week availability, and even what time of day works best to pick up a shipment! · Create available equipment postings for empty capacity. Do you have a truck you're needing a shipment for? Enter it on our app and let us do the searching the for you! · Search ArcBest shipments based on origin, destination, pickup date, and equipment type. · Easily place offers on our shipments. Did you find a shipment you're interested in running? When you place an offer, an ArcBest representative will reach out regarding the offer. You can also enter alternate offers for shipments. Can't make pickup on the day the shipment is posted for? That's okay! Tell us what date you can pick up and we'll work to see if that is an option! · Select the option to Haul it Now for an ArcBest shipment. Haul it Now is an exciting feature where if you see a shipment you're interested in, you can select Haul it Now and the shipment is yours for that rate, no negotiating needed! · Are you set up to receive exclusive Awards from ArcBest based upon your historic and current capacity? If so, you now have the option to easily accept those awards from the app and get your driver on the road sooner! You'll still receive email and text notifications from us, but now you can easily accept the award through our app without having to log on to the ArcBest Carrier Portal. · Search for your shipments that are either upcoming or are in transit. This is an easy way to help plan for your fleet! · Provide transit updates and location updates. Users can quickly provide their driver's current location and let us know when they arrive at the shipper or depart from the receiver. This helps eliminate the need for multiple check calls!
