Do not use! Customer service is nonexistent
So I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from the app, and I have followed the instructions and have clicked the link that was given to me and I get a blank page. The one time the page showed up so that I could unsubscribe telling me that it was unsuccessful. When I tried to contact customer service through the provided email and on the email itself, I got an auto generated message telling me to use the app and the Help service in the app. I essentially have to cancel my credit card and get a new one in order to cancel this subscription because it will not let me unsubscribe

I’m enjoying the book I’m reading. I don’t think it’s worth the money they’re trying to get me to pay. Paying at least $100 over time for one book is ridiculous and developers, don’t even try telling me it’s so you can pay the writers.
