Description
Nashville Pilates Company is a locally owned boutique Pilates studio in Nashville's Germantown area. The studio offers group classes (maximum 4 people), private and semi-private instruction on Balanced Body equipment.
Instructors are comprehensively trained and can modify exercise to suit any client! Pilates is a great workout for everybody - from athletes, dancers to fitness enthusiasts and those who are looking to move their bodies in a safe and gentle way. NPC offers a variety of classes to based on levels.
