Add a delay feature which allows a configureable delay before the workout starts. Fix a bug where 0:00 could flash up before the workout started.

Description

Beep It has distinctive sounds to let you know when your rest and work intervals have started and finished. The screen changes colour so you can see if your are in a work, or a rest set at a glance. Configure the length of your work and rest intervals and the number of sets to match your workout.
