Hide maps button in appointment view for remote consultations like video and telephone appointments. If the map is not able to show the location of the appointment a message id displayed confirming why. Display the consultation medium in appointment. Fixed issue with Push Notification permissions not saving between sessions. Notification Bell icon colour changed to match style guide and unread Notification count now showing. Fixed issue with connect provider message showing after connection.
