xChatz - Chat app with Wi-Fi

xChatz is a text-based walkie-talkie app between family and friends using Wi-Fi. No Internet connection required. The maximum number of peers that can be connected is 7 users. The connectable distance is about 5m in radius under the good condition. Key features: - Cute animal avatar. - Supporting "Group" and "Private" mode. - Managing talk logs. - In-App Contacts for "Private" mode. Modes: - "Group" is the closed message exchanges using the same channel which each other knows like a phone number. - "Private" is one-on-one message exchanges with a friend via Contacts, it is just same as a phone. The basic concept of this app is to realize communication with friends and family in the shelter in a situation where a natural disaster occurs and a power outage makes it impossible to connect to the Internet. However, you can use this app between family and friends on camping and outdoor events. Of course, you can also use this app in the room at home with your family.
