My ClinicMind allows patients and patient caretakers (with access) to:

· Fill out consent forms
· Message a provider
· See, request, and cancel appointments.
How to Get Started
Use of this app requires an invitation link that any participating provider can send you, so ask your provider to register with the My ClinicMind app today!
