ClassTime 3 is a big update with great new features. Here's what's new: Timetable - List view shows a list of all your classes , along with today’s date above today’s classes. - Day view shows a day’s classes in a calendar-like format and lets you visualise the duration of a class and intervals between classes. It also highlights the current time. (Pro) - Week view shows the entire week’s classes in a calendar-like format, similar to the day view. (Pro) - Assign a label to similar classes and filter your timetable. For example, assign a ‘Lab’ label to your labs and then filter the timetable to show only lab classes. - You can share a PDF of your timetable. - You can add codes to your subjects. - You can add a note to a class or subject. - New Class and Edit Class pages have been improved. - Class / Subject details are shown on a new page to utilise the entire screen space available to show information. - App accent colour is no longer shown as the background. Tasks - List view shows a list of your pending and completed tasks. - Filter tasks using either tags or subjects. - Sort tasks according to their due date or title, in ascending or descending order. - You can add a note to a task. - Tag emojis are no longer a thing. - New Task page elements have been rearranged. - Task details are shown on a new page to utilise the whole screen to show information. - App accent colour is no longer shown as the background. Files - Files on your device and files in iCloud are shown together in one list or grid. - List view now shows the type, size and location (device / iCloud) of a file - You can now see when a file was added to ClassTime by haptic touching a file > Get Info. - File thumbnails no longer flicker when scrolling up and down in the grid view. - App accent colour is no longer shown as the background. Widgets - Interactive tasks widget for iOS 17 - you can check off completed tasks right from the widget. It shows how many pending tasks you have, also lets you add a task. This also works on the Lock Screen - New Task widget lets you quickly add a task from the Lock Screen and Home Screen. - Current Class widget shows you the ongoing class and a countdown to its finishing time. It will also show you intervals between classes. - Classes List widget has an improved design which shows the subject colour and the start and end times. Appearance * ClassTime has a brand new look and feel! * Choose from 9 accent colours and 8 app icons to suit your taste. Classes * Days are shown as tabs you can swipe through. * Days can be hidden and reordered. * Tap a class to reveal more info, then tap the paperclip to attach files. * Tap a class to reveal more info, then tap the trash can to delete it. * Tap a class notification to now see attachments along with details. * Class colours span the entire class. * The start and end time of a class is highlighted on its left side. Files * Device Files and iCloud files are shown as tabs you can swipe through View files in the new grid view, which shows large thumbnails. * Place files in the “ClassTime” folder inside the “On My iPhone/iPad” folder in the Files app, to see them inside the app. * Show, hide or reorder the Device Files and iCloud Files tabs. Tasks * Pending, Completed, Task Tags and Task Subjects are shown as tabs you can swipe through. * These tabs can be reordered. * The due date of a task is highlighted on its left side. * Tap a task to reveal more info, then tap the paperclip to attach files. * Tap the “Complete All” button at the top of the Pending tab to complete all pending tasks. * Tap the “Clear All” button at the top of the Completed tab to delete all completed tasks. * There’s an option to immediately delete a task after it its completion. * You can control the no. lines of task notes shown in the task list. Tapping a task always shows the full note. Widgets * Lock Screen widgets for iOS 16 - users can see their latest task on the their Lock Screen. * Refreshed Home Screen widgets. Notifications * You can choose to be reminded of a task 15, 30 or 45 minutes before the due date.

This version adds a page in ClassTime Settings to monitor iCloud Sync. iCloud Sync issues can be reported from within this page.

Previously, only files in iCloud were attachable. - you can add files to ClassTime and then attach them to classes or tasks, right from the 'Select Files' page. - you can clear all completed tasks with the tap of a button, while sorting tasks by status.

- In the previous version, the join button of an online class wouldn't do anything when tapped. This issue has been resolved.

- Check out the brand new sidebar on iPad - it gives you quick access to classes, tasks, files, tags and subjects. - You can see at least 3 days of classes at once on iPad. - Online classes can be joined from the classes list by tapping the join button. - Tapping a class, task or file reveals relevant actions. - Tasks are by default sorted by status; pending or completed. You can also sort them by tag or subject. - The audio player has been rebuilt from the ground up. New features include playing audio while viewing files and an intuitive interface. - The subject details page now shows instructors, classes and tasks all at once.

- the border around the app icon has been removed. - some silent crashes have been fixed.

- PDFs and images can now be annotated. You can add text, draw using your finger, add shapes, etc. - Tap and hold on a line of text in a PDF, then tap highlight to highlight, underline or strike-through it. While in the highlight menu, you can also tap the message bubble to comment on the selected line. For users on iOS 15: - While viewing a PDF, tap the share button and tap 'Lock PDF' to password-protect the PDF. - While viewing a PDF, tap the magnifying glass to search the PDF. - While viewing any document, swipe right to reveal the list of pages. Tap the ellipsis button on the current page to reveal actions to rotate that page, add a blank page, add a page by scanning, etc.

This update contains fixes and improvements to make ClassTime work well with today's iOS release.

ClassTime 1.2 brings many new features and a beautiful new app icon. New features: - Add a link to an existing class or while creating a class to make it an online class. You will be reminded when the class starts (or at the specified time). Join by tapping the notification. - - Online classes are indicated by a link icon in the class list. Tap and hold an online class in the list to join it. - Tap a class or task notification to view it's details. - Contact a class's instructor right from the details page.
