Curious map maker
Hi! I really enjoy using MapChart—it’s one of my favorite tools for making maps. The coloring system is simple and fun to use. I had an idea that could make it even better. It would be awesome if users could add flags or small images to countries or regions. This could help people create more detailed and creative maps, especially for alternate history or custom worlds. Being able to move and resize the images would make it even more useful. Thanks for your time and for making such a great tool!

Excellent Application.
I will start with this… I really enjoy using this application as it makes creating maps much easier… before I would simply download a world map image and it would take forever to get things looking halfway decent… here, however, it is much easier due to how it is done in provinces rather than having to manually draw each border… it also offers a nice array of tools including the scripts… certain tools such as the ‘fill province/country’ tools in certain maps is very helpful in speeding up the process if the person wants certain things to line up with real world (or fictional) counterparts whil

I have been enjoying making maps on this app. But I can’t really do what I was hoping. It would be so much nicer with a few more maps like a 1938 map WITH all the subdivisions. That would work so much better for most of my projects than the modern subdivision maps. also, I noticed that you have fictional maps like Westeros. It would be so cool if you added more; like Narnia (from the chronicles of narnia), Middle-Earth (from the lord of the rings) , or even Earwiar (from the wingfeather saga). Hello! I’ll make this short and simple so you can get the gist of what I’m suggesting without a long and elaborate intro. Suggestion 1: Please, PLEASE could you add a way to subdivide parts of a state or country in the world map options. Hello creators of MapChart! I love your app but I have a few suggestions that many people have mentioned (please add these please!!!!). Firstly, if I want to use the subdivision map to make fictional timelines, I have to color the whole subdivision for it to work. Make things more accurate
I would give this five stars but there’s just a few mistakes 1815 world map is not accurate. At least some parts I want one that shows the whole world going from the first country to what we have now so there’s just a few suggestions to make your map a bit better so yeah just letting you know so you can make your math more accurate. This would be five stars if you could. I also want to color the nations/divisions as fast as 50 nations per second, same as the other sentence. Proposal for making new state in Hearts of Iron IV map
This app is great and I love it. I use it all the time. I’ve also had it for a long time now. However, I would like to see more states being made in the Hearts of Iron IV States map (the specific game mod shouldn’t matter). Here is what I propose: Dividing the states of Maryland and New England so that you actually have all the states in the United States. Maryland can keep the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 provinces. Provinces 6 and 8 can be made into the states of Columbia and Delaware, respectively. New England, I think, should be 100% Balkanized. Province 28 can be made into Rhode Island. Provinc

Suggestion
I absolutely love this app and especially the war games map theme, but I have a suggestion for similar map theme where there is no border and just a hexagon grid where you can color and make borders where you want. This App Is Cool! The Problem is that you need to color in the countries manually! I know there is a option that you can color all the country’s but it sometimes make 2 neighboring countries the same color. So I want you to add you a Clean Or Colored Option when you give on the type of map. The Clean version will make the map blank. And not colored. But the Colored Version will make the map colored in. And I don’t want the neighboring countries colored in the same color! But the app is still good. You just need to add that.

I’d like to suggest some things: Nationality Selection: Some countries don’t recognize others, so changing the borders with them would be nice. 3+ Color patterns: It’s hard to make an major organization map of the world because some countries, for example the UAE, are in more than 2 major organizations. So this app is very cool if you like history or like making maps because you can customize and make your own maps or you can highlight subdivisions of any country and it is very fun but I have a suggestion to make maybe and your next update in Cold War you can adjust the timeline. Auto save
This is personally a great game for when you are gonna do random scenarios that you can make on your own but it’s now you save it. You can simply save it by the save button but there is no auto save. My device died and when it was back up, my map was restarted all over again since I didn’t save physically. Literally worked on this the second time and it died again and my progress wasn’t saved after. I swear, this update *if it even comes* has to come NOW.

It is a great app but when you go to Russia, it has all the Russian countries you can think of but Russia itself is not there and when you are you’re trying to login to emails you put it says not a real email so I think you need to fix it and not a real password but it is real I press different buttons like sign in I tried it and it didn’t work so fix it

Great app but could be even better
Hey guys! So, I’m a huge geography nerd, and love maps and globes and stuff like that, and I thought it would be cool to add a globe projection to your app, so you can see and color in the world map on an interactive globe-style thing (like spinning it to see the difernt countries, and you can have the option to save a screenshot of one or both sides, and the countries would all be shown to scale, because it’s a globe. Just an idea though, but thought it might be cool to add something like this. You already offer many difernt styles of map, so I figured this would just be the next step up. But

Some (over ~2Billion) people disagree with your borders and countries. Please allow us to add or change countries depending on our beliefs using states or provinces: For example, maybe there could be a veery very uncrecognized country in Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. but then someone recognized it as legitimate. Then that person could color those States and say “Add new country” Or some one might think that Belarus is actually part of Ukraine, so then they would color Belarus and say “Give to country” Oh and you better not make this premium only or no more ideas!

Excellent + Map Idea
The app is convenient and useful, allows you to illustrate your visions of a map in many different ways; how ever you want. I have a map idea: this is for the HOI4 map. Amazing!
It’s amazing game, but there is two problems. The first one I wanted to do world war simulator. But the countries we’re not colored both the advance and simple world map, so I gave up on that then I wanted to do a continent world war simulator but then, I couldn’t do that, because once I clicked a country, you were pink, the country as a whole there was no way to paint a small portion of it like you couldn’t grab a paintbrush, and then paint your own lines and stuff, so it was impossible, but otherwise great game!

This app so far is one of my favorites! I would add a few suggestions here but when i was trying to save, it wouldn’t let me it just made some files. I have saved about 7 and i can’t open them for some reason.
