Description
The FMLink Fueling application enables users to record transactions by manually selecting parameters and scanning Equipment barcodes. Simply, login to connect your designated, FMLive domain and begin fueling.
Download now to enjoy these special features:
Go paperless, and record transactions from the palm of your hand.
Scan barcodes with any tablet or camera phone.
Fuel anywhere you have a designated Mobile Platform and Hose.
Sync transactions to review in the FMLive enterprise app.
View transactions waiting to sync with FMLive.
If desired, restrict transaction syncing to Wifi Only.
Track when individual Operators record transactions with Audit Data.
What is my domain name?
Syntech Systems, Inc. will provide your FMLive domain name.
What are my login credentials?
A User Admin may generate login credentials from the FMLive enterprise. For more information, see the FMLive System Admin Guide.
Why is my barcode not scanning?
Commonly, this can occur due to improper reading position, as well as damage or distortion to the barcode. Ensure the barcode has not been damaged and that the red line spans the entire barcode in linear fashion.
My shared device is not sending all user transactions to FMLive. What should I do?
When multiple users share a device, it is important for each user to view the Transactions Queue before logging out, so they may verify that all transactions have been sent to FMLive. Leaving transactions in the queue may mean they do not sync until the user logs in during his or her following shift.
My transactions are not appearing in FMLive. What should I do?
Export Transactions Data from the Transaction Queue. Once sent to Syntech, transactions may be restored in the enterprise.
