4.1.0 Release Notes Introducing the below new Extended Services to track service completions and improve driver visibility of customer requirements. Also including the ability to add extended services to a delivery if necessary. - Hookup - Complete hookup of appliance. - Carry In - Carried in more than 20 boxes or units. - Flights of Stairs - Required climbing more than 2 flights of stairs. - 4 Person Meetup - Required a delivery team of 4 people to complete delivery. Also including the all new Fleet Adder experience that allows drivers to indicate Lowe's owned vs 3PL provided assets to complete delivery routes.

Along with backend improvements to overall app stability, release includes the following fixes. - Ability to view consolidated box routes. - Improving syncing of return manifest when completing route.

Includes fix to display correct item number in new UI.

Including a new route progression bar that tracks the total completion of a route. By completing a delivery, the completion percentage will continue to increase until reaching 100%. Introducing the Returns screen that is accessible once completing all deliveries on a route. After the final delivery is completed, click “Complete Route” and all items that were not delivered or picked up will display on this screen with the appropriate returning location. Also displaying total Haul Aways and Accessories that were used from the emergency tote. **The below will not be immediately available for all locations and you will be notified by your leadership prior to seeing update. Completely new UI design that provides an upgraded delivery app experience for easier delivery completion, enhanced driver visibility and improvements to overall app performance.

Along with improvements to overall stability, we are introducing a few enhancements with this release. Cover Photo Verification A new flow to ensure quality photos are selected for the cover photo by providing a simple flow when completing the delivery. When you click “Complete” to close out a delivery, a pop-up will display to verify if the currently selected cover photo is the one they wish to select. This photo is visible to the customer so selecting a photo that represents a successfully completed delivery is essential. The last photo captured will automatically set as the cover photo and you will still have the option to manually select. The new pop-up allows you to review the currently selected cover photo and will easily direct to the gallery if you wish to change. Extended Services We have added two new checklist items in the services checklist. You can now indicate if you were required to carry in more than 20 boxes/units and if the delivery required more than two flights of stairs for delivery completion. App Camera The preview screen for the app camera has now been fixed to reflect the same as the photo being captured. Before when capturing photos, the preview screen portrayed a zoomed in view, which led you to believe that the photo was more zoomed in and was more difficult to capture photos in tight areas. Localized Truck Delivery – Loading Restriction For only those deliveries that service our Localized Truck Delivery model, we are introducing a new requirement to enable loading in the app. All TOs on a shipment must be “loaded to truck” prior to enabling loading. This action is completed by a Lowe’s Associate. A pop-up will display if those functions have not been fully executed. After completion, you can simply pull down the screen and the status will update from “Unable to Load” to “Arrived” and loading can proceed as normal.

Includes ability to retain login session after app has been terminated along with improvements to overall app stability.

Ability to display a canceled shipment status for Localized Truck Delivery.

Introducing the hub & spoke model of Localized Truck Delivery that will enable capturing status updates, photos and signatures for shipments. Localized truck delivery can be identified in the Trucks screen and will only available for select locations.

This release includes performance improvements and bug fixes.

Includes a bug fix that blocked certain deliveries from syncing a Delivered status update.

Introducing the ability to load photos that were captured on a different device. By clicking into the photo gallery of a delivery, new photos will begin displaying if they were taken on another device. A message will display on the gallery if there are additional photos available and simply swiping up will prompt the loading. Along with this enhancement, we are releasing backend changes to improve overall app stability.

Displaying a new icon if the customer indicates at the point of sale that an appliance hookup is required. When clicking into the delivery details, an icon will display next the item that the customer requested for hookup. This feature has not been fully released, so icon will not be displayed immediately, but should begin to see in the coming weeks. Including a bug fix that would prevent the services checklist from displaying and user unable to complete the delivery. Multiple backend improvements are also included.
