Job Status View — Rebuilt - A ground-up rebuild of Optii's most heavily used module, replacing the legacy architecture with a faster, more reliable foundation. - Status columns now load independently, so the board becomes usable faster and columns no longer wait on each other. - Drag-and-drop between status lanes is now smooth and reliable, with accurate job counts and predictable sorting and filtering. - The Job Status view is now fully supported on mobile, so supervisors can manage operations from the floor. Mobile — Job Actions Drawer - Job actions now open in a bottom drawer when you tap Actions, instead of navigating to a separate screen. - Place rooms on Do Not Disturb, No Service Required, and other statuses in fewer taps. - The drawer opens in context, so attendants stay on the current job or job list while acting mid-shift.
