- Fixed an issue where date values in calculation fields were submitted in a localized format instead of the expected date format, causing data inconsistencies.

- Fixed an issue where photos uploaded in surveys were not visible to site staff after submission. - Fixed a 400 error that occurred when syncing a survey that was queued because the app was closed during an active sync. - Fixed an issue where repeatable surveys created by automated workflows were incorrectly hidden, preventing participants from   starting new repeat instances.

Castor has made a number of improvements to core functionality to improve performance, and security: Numeric fields now enforce decimal places when configured to do so, consistent with Castor's web surveys; Resolved an issue where the 'Minus' key was not displayed on certain Samsung device keyboards; Resolved an issue where a multi-field per page survey containing a number of camera upload questions behaved inconsistently

A series of small updates have been included in this latest release: It is now possible to display/use hidden values in summary fields; We have resolved an issue where a limited subset of users on older versions of iOS were experiencing issues registering in the app; We have resolved an issue where - when a participant was locked by a clinician - the app UI was not clear on current status.

- Some of the underlying libraries of the app have been updated to newer versions to ensure continued maintainability and performance in the future - this has no impact on the UI/patient experience - A new ‘My details page’ will be available for newly created studies, letting the participant know their participant, side, and study ID - It is now possible to configure dates to reflect locale of a participant's site - enabling MM-DD-YYYY presentation - We have resolved an issue where studies with no or negative lower limits on numeric fields were not displaying the minus key by defaulting to an alphanum keyboard

- NRS field types are now supported in Castor Connect - Partial dates are now supported - consistent with their implementation in web surveys on CDMS - Korean, Danish, Turkish and Hebrew are now available as core languages in the app - Exclusion triggers in surveys are now supported in-app - Users of the EQ-5D variant of the slider will now see the text in the health box capitalised - iPadOS: Resolved an issue where the PIN dialog on returning to the app was not obfuscating entered data as expected - Participants who are not on the correct date/time based on a combination of checking against Castor's servers and a sequential check will not be able to enter data until they have corrected the date/time on their device - this check will be performed each time the participant attempts to open a survey

- Minor updates to group sizing for more recently implemented studies - Updates to sliders specifically for use in EQ-5D-5L - Updated markdown libraries to allow consistent use in fields, including underlining - Resolved an issue where users got stuck in a loading loop if re-opening the ‘My Data’ screen going from offline to online that required them to close and reopen the app

Castor has made a number of improvements to core functionality to improve performance and security. - We have refactored API interactions between the app and core platform throughout to improve performance - functionality and user interface remains identical, but users should experience significant performance improvements on the home screen and when loading surveys - The activation and security system used for biometric access to the app (touch ID, face ID etc.) has been updated to maintain compatibility with new and future versions of iOS - this update will impact existing users on successful update of the app, requiring they reset their biometric security - full details are included in an article on Castor's helpdesk - We have resolved an issue where users who left the app open on the ‘My Data’ screen after successfully syncing data manually found the the ‘Sync successful’ dialog was overlapping PIN entry when returning to the app

This minor release contains an update to the app PIN reset flow to enable code-scanning directly from the PIN reset window.

- Sliders and option fields configured for Castor Connect studies created after the 2024.1 release of Castor CDMS will have an updated UI reducing the need for scrolling and simplifying the slider view; existing studies UI will remain the same - Scannable QR codes have been added to the PIN reset and reactivation flows for the app in addition to the existing links - Resolved an issue where some calculation results did not update in the app UI without navigating between pages - Calculation fields now display and use 'Allow empty' values consistently with our web surveys - Resolved an issue where users were seeing inconsistent behaviour when having a multi-select field where only one option was selected and a dependency triggered - Resolved an issue where the screen was not auto-scrolling or shifting to show error messages when trying to navigate to the next page

Resolved an issue identified where participants with very large numbers of mobile surveys (200+) associated with their record were experiencing issues displaying new surveys in the app.

In this minor release, we have resolved an issue where a sub-set of users opening the app from background after 24 hours was resulting in an error message being displayed on the home screen

A number of improvements have been made to the app as part of release 2023.2.0! - Users can now use the survey 'available from' date and time in their surveys as a variable - The Castor release version of the app is now displayed on both the home screen and security screen - Footers configured for surveys in the Castor platform can now be displayed within the app at the bottom of the page - Participants will now be appropriately warned after being archived by a clinician

Resolved an issue where users of the mobile file upload functionality in combination with the 'repeatable' survey type were experiencing issues submitting files

As part of this minor release we have resolved an issue where participants recording large numbers of repeatable or ad hoc surveys were hitting a hard limit of how many survey packages can be displayed in-app concurrently

Castor Connect now enables participants to use their local device security (e.g. Touch ID) to access the application, with a 6-digit PIN as back-up. The app also now takes advantage of the same calculation templates as our web ePRO surveys, and supports Hungarian, Lithuanian, Slovak and Romanian core languages. - Users can now take advantage of grouped questions, or pages of questions within surveys, based on how that survey has been configured - Users can select a preferred language for app content from a language picker on activation or from their settings menu (this applies to non-user generated content like buttons and warning messages, configured surveys and push messages are not affected)
