Got banned for no reason
I really like that app and everything but I was trying to edit my profile and it kept saying that I was doing a violation or whatever and then it kicked me out and I disabled my account and then I asked the app to reveal what it was going on, they let me in again. I thought everything was fine but they permanently disabled my account and now I can’t use this app anymore, which is kind of insane.

It’s a very secure place, and it’s easy to find friends that are your age. it even banned me for sharing my social media account. don’t repeat my mistake! you can also watch ads for keys, which is convenient. the ai that scans your face is not the most accurate, since usually you have to wait to go through the process of an actual moderator.

Honestly, I think at some point you could be able to find a relationship on here. It will just take a lot of time and effort a lot of times when I text people only five of them text back and I’ve watched like so many ads to get like 50 keys and I’m only five people texting me back, but some of them are really really nice but a lot of the men on here are just freaks. I enjoy the app, dont get me wrong, but there are a lotta annoying moments too. For example: verification… I show a picture of myself, and it follows those rules. And yet, it NEVER verifies. And i’ll have to then use assistance to manually verify. Also, I cant see others pfp unless with keys but ig an app has to make its money somehow. Overall though, the app is goodddd ^^

Great app!
This is a great app for teens to find friends and relationships. I have three main concerns though; one, you have to pay/or watch ads just to see who sent a friend request, two it is easy to accidentally add someone or remove them (and then you can’t find them again!) and three, if you want to delete your profile it takes 24 hours. But otherwise a great app!

This app is honestly terrible at protecting people. I got restricted on here from telling a guy no when he was trying to make advances towards me in a sexual manner. I reported him and somehow I was the one who got restricted on the app for an hour. This app has a great premise, but honestly, some of these kids need to be banned from the app entirely, but it seems like the app does not take action towards that especially when they are being discriminatory in any way. Which I find to be unfair. Don’t bother getting this app.

Horrible Moderation, Can’t even see who added you
This app is honestly terrible. The moderation is practically nonexistent, so you end up dealing with spam, random requests, and inappropriate content constantly. On top of that, the app doesn’t even let you see who added you, which makes the whole experience confusing and frustrating. It feels like the developers don’t care about the user experience or safety. Definitely not worth the download.

You guys should change your banning system cause I was just starting to make great friends and got banned for no good reason. There are some pretty cool people on here, but it’s very rare. There are a lot of weird people that asked for a lot of weird things they will pretend to be your friend just to get close to u. I saw another review say that this is basically a dating app and they are correct and I wish I saw that before I downloaded and made an account. I have some complaints
I took a break from the app because I was busy with real life things. I get back on the app and I seen someone I used to talk to texted me and I couldn’t text them back because I “took too long to respond”. Paraphrasing there but basically since I didn’t respond within 24 hours I had to PAY to just respond to someone’s text which simply isn’t right. Then my second complaint is, we have users, with an @ and everything but we have no way to search other peoples users to add them which doesn’t make sense to me. My third complaint is, why can’t you change what age you look for on the swipe screen

5 stars so you can see this. STOP ABUSING THE DISABLES/BANS. I usually dont write reviews but I saw how some people were complaining abt the bans/disables this app gives; I didnt think too much of it. But now having the app its actually so annoying how I can be texting a person and suddenly get banned for no reason. I get my acc back, but I still get banned again; even if I didnt do anything. Please fix this, its actually so annoying. I literally cant even tap my profile without suddenly getting banned. And, I paid for plus, so I definitely shouldnt be going through this. WHY?
my only question is why do we have to pay to see who added us? i just downloaded the app and was able to see 3 people nd thats it. i have 20+ people that have added me nd i cant see who they are because i have to pay, either make it so u dont have to pay or make gems easier to get. it’s honestly annoying nd i might be deleting the app sooner or later because of this.
