Add a meeting room approval process, specify the meeting rooms that require approval, display the pending approval status after reservation, and wait for administrator approval or rejection. The mailroom has added an automatic address recognition function, which copies the entire recipient, phone number, and address information into the input box, allowing for automatic recognition and filling of the corresponding information fields. And the provincial and municipal columns support retrieval functions. The "Meeting Requirements" page of BJ2223/2224 rooms provides Flex Power options.
