Big refactor of the browser UI (appearance is generally the same, but a lot of under the hood changes)

Tab Bar rendering is improved (and shows close buttons on active tabs on iPad)
Address Field has clear, reload and prompt text now.
Pop up menu (the ••• button) is now a slide out menu on iPad and a sheet on iPhone.
Backgrounding and foregrounding the app has been rewritten and should be generally more stable.
The app will now refuse screen share requests if it is already sending 3 streams (this is to prevent the web from being tied up and not requesting a stream when one becomes available)
The app will respond to a new stop_video direct method to cancel a stream that is no longer being used. (Web send this to iOS devices when a page is closed, so that new stream requests can be made without having to wait 20-30 seconds for the slot to become available)
