يهدف تطبيق " أنـا " لمساعدتك في زرع الأفكار والمعتقدات الطيبة عن نفسك بتكرار العبارات الطيبة في جمل توكيدية تبدأ بكلمة أنـا، تساهم في بناء معتقدات سليمة، وإعادة برمجة العقل على التفاؤل والايجابية.
