Do NOT use the Smart Sock if your doctor recommends otherwise. The temperature sensor built-in the product is NOT a body thermometer or FDA approved clinical thermometer. The position of the temperature sensor (on feet) does NOT allow it to measure the body’s core temperature or indicate any illness. The temperature sensor mainly detects the effect of ambient (room) temperature change for the general comfort purpose.
