Huma – Su Programa de Salud Personalizado
Huma impulsa programas de salud digital para pacientes que gestionan cáncer, enfermedades raras, trastornos sanguíneos y condiciones crónicas. Si su proveedor de atención médica lo ha inscrito en un programa compatible con Huma, esta es su aplicación.
Los programas incluyen: cáncer de vejiga, glioma, miastenia gravis, hemofilia y otras áreas terapéuticas en Oncología, Inmunología, Hematología, Neurología y Enfermedades Raras.
La aplicación Huma puede ayudarle a:
• Rastrear síntomas y datos de salud específicos de su condición
• Configurar recordatorios de medicamentos que se ajusten a su horario terapéutico
• Completar cuestionarios y evaluaciones de su programa
• Acceder a materiales educativos seleccionados para su tratamiento
• Monitorear signos vitales cuando sea necesario para su plan de atención
• Compartir información de salud de forma segura con sus proveedores de atención médica
La aplicación Huma se integra con la aplicación Salud de Apple (HealthKit) y es compatible con otras aplicaciones de salud y dispositivos conectados.
Importante: Debe recibir una invitación de su proveedor de atención médica para usar esta aplicación. Busque el logotipo de Huma en los materiales de su programa.
