Add haptic feedback (vibration) when opening the menu to place an order.

1. Fix issue where customer information entered when placing an order does not get saved for later use in future orders.
2. Change font type in the app to match branding and website.
3. Clicking on KM distance in top header now sends you to google maps.
4. The Order Menu now gets more screen space and user can close it by swiping down on the Order Menu.
5. App version information is now displayed in the Contact/Additional Info section.
6. Fix issue where during initial loading of the app the business logo gets all stretched out.
