GroundHog Safety Training LMS Professional GroundHog Safety Training LMS is a digital Learning Management System that enables Safety Trainers and Managers to plan, train and issue training certificates to all employees, contractors and vendors that work at a site. GroundHog generates MSHA and OSHA compliant training records. Every resource is automatically assigned a QR code that can be printed on to the employee badge, hard hat or a on a business card. Government regulators scan these QR codes to quickly look up the employee’s training record and verify compliance with safety regulations. Safety Trainers use GroundHog QR Tags or the GroundHog Training Grid for one-click lookups of an employee’s safety training record. Supervisors can quickly lookup alternate resources to perform a job when an employee does not show up.
