Incident Responder

* Improvements to shared resource departments (eg Strike Teams): - New feature allows an availability check to be converted to a deployment. See Admin features guide for details. - Incident list now uses special icon and color for task force - Non-admins can now edit shared resources at the bottom of the settings page, and admins can now edit all depts on admin settings page - Allow Admins to delete responses regardless of the resTypes.allowDeleteResponse setting- Fix incorrect sort for responses * Department metrics can now have default values which are set based on call type * Add custom response color for EMS Duty Officer * Reconcile Mode can now be disabled on a per dept basis (reduces menu clutter if not in use) * Search results now show response count (previously was only showing incident count) * Search chart for responder count now dynamically sizes based on width of screen (view on large format device to see more results) * Misc fixes for some recoverable crashes that were silently occurring on an infrequent basis * Upgrade Flutter from 3.35.7 to 3.38.0, update most packages to latest versions

* Departments can now track custom incident fields for each incident, speak to the developer if you have any custom data you want to track per-incident (eg the responder who served as IC for the incident, the EMS outcome, etc). The Search tab supports searching on these custom fields. * Incident detail page now shows a “directions” line if the department populates street and address data to enable it. * Search improvements: You can now click on the bars of any chart to drill down and see the incidents that belong to that bar. Search also now works on the web version. * Bar charts on the search results page now display a numeric value inside each bar * Users can now report a bug on the Settings tab. Click “Report a Bug” and enter details * Added a server health widget to top of Incidents tab, visible to SuperAdmin only * The Admin Settings section of the responder detail page now shows the users initial registration date * For CHP incidents, the “Forward to Dept” button no longer displays by default, each dept can enable in the CHP settings for their district. * Add protection against bad incident data causing the entire incident list to be unreadable, instead don’t load that single bad incident * Upgrade Flutter SDK 3.35.7 and update packages. This required bumping minimum iOS version from 13 to 15 * Add Firebase Crashlytics package for tracking crash reports

* Fixed a critical bug causing newly registered users to see only a gray screen prior to being authorized for a department.

* Deactivated Account Page now allows user to switch to another authorized dept, previously they were trapped on this page * Now playing a custom low priority alert sound, previously was relying on the system to play a default system sound * Allow users to enable notifications for any CHP districts, not just their authorized depts * When viewing a CHP incident, removed incident detail menu options that are not applicable, eg Add Responder

* Depts now have the ability to customize responder status to include more than just the default statuses (Available and Unavailable). For example, a dept can add a status named "Staffing" to let responders indicate that they are on shift * Admins and Duty Officers can now issue a "Secondary Notification" for an existing incident, for example if additional manpower is needed * Increase size of the dept list dropdown menu items to prevent fat-fingering the wrong dept (for Olie!) * Check at startup to verify that user is still authorized for any depts that have notifications enabled, and disable if necessary * Admins can now edit CHP department notification settings (times and keywords) * Disable Available status choice if end time is chosen, as all statuses revert to Available upon expiration, so setting a limited duration Available status makes no sense * Remove the concept of Limited Duty status as no depts used this feature properly. Default statuses are now only Available/Unavailable * Enhance CHP feature by allowing each CHP dept to specify which command centers are included * Beef up version checking at startup when checking min recommended and min required versions, and give user the option to go Update, which will display the IR App Store entry * "Create New Incident" no longer allows setting an incident number, this is reserved for dispatched incidents * "Add Responder" disallows adding a response for a user that already has an EnRoute response (never change from En Route to Attended, only use Attended if the user forgot to enter a response)

* Various tweaks and improvements to the recently added CHP incident tracking feature * Fix duplicate preset responses entries caused by a change in responder Role setting * Admin-created incidents now have a small pencil/paper icon in top right of the icon to differentiate created vs dispatched incidents.

* Implement CHP incident tracking, with the ability to forward incidents to your dept * Move department selection from the three dot menu to a popup menu on the Incidents title bar * Admin: Can now authorize a responder for other depts directly from the responder's detail page * Admin: When authorizing a responder to a dept, their contact info is now copied over, so they no longer need to re-enter it * Render a small "+" character at top right of incident icon tile if the incident was created by an Admin * Bug fix: when selecting a preset response, we now use the responders current role rather than the role stored in the preset * Multiselect widget: moved the footer text to a header, so it can be seen without scrolling when the list is long * Fix http link parsing in details text if an end parenthesis follows the link * Disable console mode for now, it confuses people and wasn't doing anything useful yet * Shared resource dept fix: don't show identifier if promptForId is disabled * Upgrade to Flutter 3.32.6 and update packages * Misc other small fixes and improvements

* New feature: Implemented a "shared resource department”, which allows setting responses for shared resources across multiple departments. This feature can be used to form strike teams, for example. * OffDuty/Unavailable responders now show in same color and sort with the Unavailable responders, making it easier to find any Unavailable responder at a glance. OffDuty responders are now differentiated with an “X” in the station column. * Prefix preset response with a unicode star character, and limit preset responses to the most recent 3 by default (configurable in DeptSettings). * Show both date and time in the response time column if response date is different from incident date (can override to always show date by setting the alwaysShowResponseDate flag in DeptSettings) * Icon changes for call types: added Strike icon for strike team incidents, changed Public Assist icon color to green, use Information icon for any incident description stating with "Info" * Fix address parsing to ignore mileposts and lat/long for street address lookups * Added Release Notes link to Settings page. * Bump offline cache database versions for incidents, responses and responders. * Minor change to divider size on MultiSelectWidget * Increase size of ack checkbox inside of En Route response button (only used by ambulance On Shift responders). * Always exclude timestamp and lastEditedBy fields in generic editor * Bump contrast up slightly on secondary color on Incident list tile * Generic doc editor now takes maxLines arguments, set to 1 for editing dept stations * Ellipsify long emails in Logout item on Settings page * Disable search on the web version (it never worked anyway)

Under development currently and disabled by default. * Add a "Street Listing" menu item to the Map menu on the Incident Details page, which launches a web page containing details about the given street (disabled by default, each dept must provide a pdf file for each street if enabled). * De-emphasize "Cross-St" field (where present) by using a smaller font with lighter color * Responders page now shows home phone number if cel phone number is empty * Set notification sound to use a low priority beep if this is a repeat page for the same incident * Move "Select Dept" menu item to top of list if more than one menu item * Update to Flutter 3.24 and update all packages * Search feature can now query by responder station and responder status, by customizing the responder search to specify (for example) "station: STA1, STA2", or "status: canceled" * Improve Search charts layout on large screens * Misc small fixes and improvements

* Fixed a bug which was causing responses not to load for incidents that were ~2 - 4 weeks old.

* Admin feature: "Create New Incident" now allows choosing notification level: high/low priority or none * Fix bug causing incident to not update when being viewed * Fix bug that could cause a deleted response to display again briefly * Update to Flutter 3.19 and update all packages

* Fix bug which would cause responses to load with a delay when the offline database is enabled * The Duty Calendar is now called the “Shift Calendar” and now has the option to set multiple duty officers on shift at one time (need to set the “Allow Multiple Duty Officers” flag in the dept settings).

* Fixed a bug which could cause responses to not update after opening the app by clicking on a notification

* Responses can now be stored in the Hive database, which will save on cloud database reads. * Bug fix: the responder admin widget (on the responder detail page) now updates properly when toggling Admin Permissions or Duty Eligible switches. * For incidents older than 30 days (configurable per department), responses are not loaded by default but can be loaded by clicking the “Show Responses” button. * Force a reload of the current department after clearing the Hive cache. * Remove advanced setting option to toggle Firestore persistence.

* Fix command channel text animation to stay within screen bounds on smaller devices * Clear all preset responses on first launch, in order to pick up changes to Fire&EMS role * Fire&EMS responders are now sorted in with Fire responders, and the blue flame icon to differentiate them will no longer be displayed by default (Admin can enable “dualRoleIcon” in responseData setting to display it)

* Added Hive offline database support for incident and responder data, to store old data locally on the device instead of reading it from the cloud each time the app is launched. This is currently an experimental feature and disabled by default. You can enable it in the Advanced Settings to help test this feature. Once it is fully tested this feature will be enabled by default. * The command channel text will sometimes now animate briefly (getting larger and changing color) when the incident is first opened, if the command channel is flagged as a special channel in the dept settings (as set by the admin). By default, the command channels "Blue" and "Command 8" use this feature. * Show a blue flame icon next to responders that have Fire and EMS roles, rather than making the responder choose a role each time they respond (old functionality is still available under Dept settings). * If a new incident notification comes in while the app is in the foreground, don't play the notification sound if the incident type is 'info' * Created a popup menu on Incident details screen for gps map and address map, and removed the small button from next to address that used to bring up the address map. * Admin: When adding a responder, the response is now set to "EnRoute" (instead of "Attended") if the response is added within attendedDelayMins of start of incident * Admin: Dept settings page is now broken out on separate pages, with each setting given descriptive text telling exactly what it does. * Admin: When a responder is being archived, a dark modal overlay will display while awaiting the server response (to prevent user interaction). * The About page now shows a link to the Release Notes * Upgraded Flutter 3.10 ==> 3.13, and upgrade most packages to latest versions * Always include a timestamp in database writes * Changed iOS launch screen to use larger image and red background color

* Departments can now have responders optionally specify apparatus when responding * EnRoute responses are now saved to the preset response list that displays at the top of the station choice modal popup. * Remove 'Attended' response choice if user already has an EnRoute response * Remove the “Reminder” feature from settings * Upgrade to Flutter version 3.10 and update packages. * Various small changes and fixes.

* Implement “acknowledge” functionality for OnShift responders (only applies to ambulance response currently) * Add more search query fields (month, day, hour, minute) * Add “Execute Server Command” functionality for Admins * Upgrade to Flutter 3.7.3 and update most package versions * Misc small changes

* Search feature now includes a chart showing responder attended counts for the matched incidents. * Responders who belong to multiple depts can now click the title bar of the Incidents tab as a shortcut for switching to the previously viewed dept. * Fix minor issue with scrollbar controllers that was causing debug version to assert. * Update Flutter to version 3.3.9 and upgrade all packages to latest versions * Admin feature: new feature “Responder Notifications” accessible from the main menu on Incidents tab, allows forwarding of raw cad page to text/email recipients. * Admin feature: testing a new feature to allow inter-mingling of incident data across multiple depts, not yet enabled. * Bump MinimumOSVersion from 9.0 to 11.0

* Fix bug in new user flow which was causing an endless spinning progress circle as soon as the new user logged in.

* New feature: Added a Search tab to allow incidents to be searched by date, call type, etc. Results are listed and charted (press the charts button at top right of the results list). * Added “Delete Account” function to the Settings tab, to allow users to delete their account login and data completely. * Better formatting for notification text when missing some fields such as cmd/tac channels. * Misc minor fixes.

* Fixed an issue with scrolling on the Sign-in Screen which caused the password field to be hidden behind the keyboard on devices with a small screen.
