Description

Prescriptions made easy! Use the Manage My Meds app to easily order your repeat prescriptions via your GP directly to your nominated pharmacy. The app is linked to your GP system via the secure NHS network providing a safe and secure way to Manage My Meds. Download the app, create your own account with us and link to your GP practice to access your prescriptions, medical records and book and manage appointments. Track the progress of your order and get a notification when your prescription is ready to be collected! Once your order is complete and you have collected your prescription our app stores all of your medication information securely until you are ready to order again. You just reorder your medication with the click of a button. The app supports your medication regime with handy easy to use reminders. You can set reminders to re-order your prescription when it's next due or set daily take medication reminders to support your medication course. Please note that this app is for Avicenna pharmacies only. A list of our participating pharmacies can be found here: https://www.managemymeds.co.uk/pharmacies
