Dubai Municipality’s newly revamped mobile app, provides a range of smart services to match the new digital era, complemented with a fresh innovative vibrant look, intuitive navigation, voice enabled smart search and quick service. This Mobile App is the smart gateway to many Dubai Municipality digital services and information about the city.
Following are the Dubai Municipality services to provide seamless integrated customer experience:
• Check & Pay: One step to pay your fees and clear the fines.
• Search & Enquire: To get the current status of your service request, projects & buildings, and documents.
• Find Your Way: Search, locate and navigate to the places using Geo-tagging system.
• Happy Home: Maskani to reserve desired plot, Kharetati to issue or renew Dubai. Municipality site plan and apply for Bunyan card for the offers & discounts.
• Plan Your Visit: Discover the parks and recreational attractions with booking options.
• Start Your Day: Search for registered food items and consumer product safety; book for Dubai Municipality Center’s token; report and requests for all the below DM service categories:
