Description
The ”IDEAL AIR PRO“ app, which is account-based and free of charge, provides an
overview of current indoor air quality. For this purpose, the values measured by the
IDEAL AS10 indoor air sensor are analyzed and displayed. In addition, this app allows
you to control online and to program IDEAL AP PRO air purifiers from anywhere.
Air quality comparison (indoor/outdoor).
Push notifications with recommended actions – based on the current air quality.
Display of outdoor air quality (PM2.5 and PM10 in μg/m3) via a real-time map.
Filter state indicator for the connected IDEAL AP PRO air purifiers.
Rolling seven-day planning for programming the operating hours of IDEAL AP PRO air purifiers.

The worst app I have encountered
How could such great tech have such a terrible app? Who has 10 hours to try and connect it to the device. It’s a complete crapshoot. Would be nice if they fixed the problem but I think it’s gotten worse since the last time I tried. This might be the worst app of all time. At least the top notch filter does the job w o it.

Horrible app
I have tried to make a new account 3 separate times. It never sends authentication email. I have checked my spam,junk,inbox and have nothing . Any time i try to log in it says my information is incorrect and i know the emails correct so basically i have this great machine and want to utilize all the functions like schedules and can’t bc the app is absolute garbage. If i could do less than one star i would bc the app currently is just wasted storage. I see all these other bad reviews about pairing the device and I can’t even get logged into the thing yet. I can’t imagine the issues I have

This app is just not good. Need to manually input WiFi network info. Does not find device to pair. Always needs access to my current location during login, not sure why this is relevant. It would have been more effective to place a low cost LCD display in the unit

Useless app
Register and sign in, but can’t set up device. Manual instructions about enable WAN on purifier only talk about press WAN button to enable/disable WAN and useless on how to get unit to show up in app. App does not even have a ‘network’ setting to check or set wifi connection. App never asks about which wifi signals you want to connect to.
