Use Revoke templates to easily send requests to over 24,000 companies. You will always get to preview the email and make any changes you wish to the request before sending it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Find a Company Search for a company you have a relationship with and want to send a request to. This could be a company you are a customer of, a company whose newsletter you've signed up for, have an account with or have otherwise provided with your personal information. 2. Choose a Request Type Now decide what type of request you want to make. You can choose between Get Data, Delete Data and Stop Marketing templates. • Get Data: You can use this template to request that a company provide you with a copy of all of the personal data that they hold on you. • Delete Data: You can use this template to request that a company delete all the personal data they hold on you. • Stop Marketing: You can use this template to request that a company stops all marketing communication with you, including emails, mail and phone calls. 3. Enter Your Details Add your name and other details you think the company may need to identify you or your account. For example, a customer ID number or unique username. 4. Review and Send Check over the email template, make any changes or additions, and send it from your email address. LESS DATA, LESS RISK. Decreasing how much personal data companies have on you reduces the risk of that data being exploited, hacked or left unsecured. RETRIEVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA Revoke templates allow you to request your personal data from a company easily. Find the company you are looking for by searching our directory of thousands of companies and then send a 'Get Data' request to retrieve your data. SET MARKETING PREFERENCES Revoke templates allow you to request that companies no longer send marketing material to you. This allows you to request that companies refrain from contacting you with marketing or sales emails and phone calls. DELETE ALL DATA HELD ON YOU Revoke makes it easy to request that your personal data be deleted by companies.
