Sales Order Lot Allocation is here. You can now assign specific lots to Sales Orders ahead of shipment, allowing your team to pack and ship directly from the order — no more rebuilding shipments in the field. • Pre-allocate lots from web or mobile • Support substitutions while keeping inventory accurate • Ship allocated lots directly from the Sales Order • Reduce duplicate data entry for your packing team This update improves coordination between sales and operations and makes order fulfillment faster and more accurate.

Added the ability to print shellfish tags from the processing event, in addition to regular maintenance.

Sales Orders can now be created from our web app or the iOS App. Search fields have been added to the logs. For folks with "orders" enabled, settings have moved into a "more" menu.

This version of the app supports creating and editing purchases as well as batch receiving purchases. Reach out if you'd like to get these features setup.

For folks using our inventory product, you can now prevent overselling lots by users of the system. Also, bug fixes pertaining to quantity/inventory.

This version addresses some backend maintenance, bug fixes for offline functionality, and changes to support upcoming inventory enhancements.

In this version, we've crafted some Improvements to our wet storage feature if you're using our Processing offering. Also, we added some support for printing a receipt if you're buying inventory and creating a purchase "on-the- fly" out in the field. Finally, if you're using our Inventory offering, upon receiving or processing inventory, you can specify a location in your facility for that inventory, whether it be a freeze, a wet storage unit, or in a refrigeration unit or cooler - then you can view reports to see where your inventory is located.

This version of the app updates the California Prop 65 disclaimer on printed shellfish tags.

This app update introduces a new feature called Processing, now available to customers using the BlueTrace Inventory package. To support this feature, we’ve made changes to the underlying data model. The Processing feature enables organizations to transform inventory after it has been received into its sellable form while tracking detailed data about the transformation process. In addition to this new functionality, the update includes several UX enhancements: • New Tab Bar Icons: Refreshed icons for improved navigation. • Lot/Order Activity UI Icons: Redesigned icons for better visual clarity. • “Activities” Tab in Received Lot Details: A new tab that provides a detailed history of how each lot has been used. • Improved Reprint Feature UX: A more streamlined experience for reprinting tags. These updates are designed to enhance both functionality and usability, making the app more efficient and user-friendly.

In this version of the app, we've added more support for our web-based Purchase and Sales Order features and addressed feedback relating to our Quickbooks auto-invoice creation feature. If you use the inventory feature, we now display the Remaining Lot inventory on the Receive Log UI List View. We also fixed a few bugs and performed maintenance.
