Description
ION is the first EVSE smart network in Jordan to provide and operate Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment utilizing smartphone technology loaded with features to enable electric vehicle owners to commute easily.
Low battery no more! Charge on the go.
Install ION App to start using our EVSE across the kingdom using your smartphone.
Features:
• Simply, scan the QR code displayed on the EVSE or enter the PIN code to enable the EVSE.
• Use the map to check for the nearest available EVSE to you.
• Check your balance and transactions history.
How to use:
Start using the app by registering your Name, E-mail, Mobile number.
You can recharge your balance using eFawateerCom service from your bank account, e-Wallet, PSP and any other eFawateerCom agents spread across the kingdom.
The reference number to recharge your account is your registered mobile number in ION App.
Charging cost calculation:
The cost of a charging operation is simply how much your EV draws energy in (KWH) times the tariff set by the government of Jordan (Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission) EMRC.
Cost (Fills) = Energy (KWH) x Tariff (Fills/KWH)
Our EVSE calculates the energy supplied to your EV with high accuracy.

Introducing ION v3:
- Major UI overhaul. ION app now features a new simplified and intuitive
user interface.
- New Map with charger locations, status and info card.
- New timer in charger pin icon to indicate remaining time for the ongoing
session on the charger.
- Now it's easier to start a session you don't have to click any button to
start charging, enter the pin from the home screen or scan a QR code
if available.
- Added new feature: Stop session.
- Now you can stop your charging session(s) by pressing on the stop icon on the charging card.
